All sales of physical products are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@acs-ny.net with your order details and photos of the issue.
Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

For consulting services, we require clear scope and deliverables agreed upon before work begins.
Refunds for services are generally not provided once work has commenced.
If a service is canceled prior to commencement, a full refund will be issued.
